Thank you for posting these beautiful pictures of Madeline. I'm Madeline & George French's oldest daughter, Judy, and I'm always amazed at the beauty of Dad's hybrids. Mom passed away 4 years ago, 8/16/07, but she has to be smiling in heaven to see such beautiful blooms named after her. Now my 10-month-old granddaughter Madeline Rose can smile at her namesake flowers.

  2. These are truly beautiful pictures of the beautiful flower hybridized by my father-in-law George French and named to honor his sweet loving wife Madeline. I am happy to join Judy in expressing my appreciation! George & Madeline were wonderful people who brought much joy & happiness to others through their kindness and consideration of others and through George's hundreds of registered hybrids. We miss them greatly but will always cherish the memories and the legacy of their devotion to fostering love and natural beauty!
